The figure known as the Prince of Indonesian Ska, Denny Frust, is back with a new release. His 4th LP, “It’s Alright,” which came with the strength of 8 fresh tracks, is now out and can be enjoyed on various DSPs.

The full album “It’s Alright” opens with the same title track, followed by “Kaulah Cahaya” and “Let My True Love Be Your Light.” From these first three compositions, we hear a variety of infused arrangement colors. In “KuTunggu Kau Pulang,” the ‘prince’ conveys messages about relationships, love, understanding, and longing for loved ones. It seems that one of the ska soloists in this country is opening himself up to more experimental space, with songs like “Jangan Lupa Daratan,” “Don’t Leave Me This Way,” “Free,” and “Pesta Hari Minggu.”

Interestingly, the production process of “It’s Alright” also involved special figures such as Freed Gasa, Radit Echoman, and Rafi Sumantri. The finalization of mixing and mastering was done directly at Echolabs Studio, Jakarta.

Currently, Denny Frust is preparing for the promotional tour of his new album. In addition to visiting various cities domestically, he also plans to set some international destinations such as China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Mongolia.

デニー・フラストの新アルバム「It’s Alright」、新鮮なスカサウンドを披露

インドネシアのスカのプリンスとして知られるデニー・フラストが新作をリリース。彼の4枚目のアルバム「It’s Alright」は8つの新しいトラックで構成され、現在さまざまなDSPで楽しめる。

アルバム「It’s Alright」は同名のタイトル曲で幕を開け、「Kaulah Cahaya」や「Let My True Love Be Your Light」と続く。これら最初の3曲から、様々なアレンジの色合いが感じられる。「KuTunggu Kau Pulang」では、関係、愛、理解、そして愛する人への想いを伝えようとしているようだ。デニーは「Jangan Lupa Daratan」、「Don’t Leave Me This Way」、「Free」、「Pesta Hari Minggu」などの曲で、より実験的な領域に挑戦している。

興味深いことに、「It’s Alright」の制作プロセスにはFreed Gasa、Radit Echoman、Rafi Sumantriなどの特別な人物が関わっている。ミキシングとマスタリングの最終仕上げはジャカルタのEcholabs Studioで行われた。

現在、デニー・フラストは新アルバムのプロモーションツアーの準備中。国内のさまざまな都市を訪れるほか、中国、台湾、マレーシア、モンゴルなどの国際的な目的地にも訪れる予定だ。
